1. Briefing & Price Estimate - The first step is to discuss with Alison what you have in mind and get a guide quote.

2. Sketches & Quoting - Alison hand sketches ideas from briefing until you settle on a design, size, materials and stones to be used before being given a final quote.

3. Agree to Proceed - When you're happy to go ahead you pay a 50% deposit and Alison starts making your commission.

4. Fitting - for close fitting pieces a sizing is done either via post or in person before polishing and finishing.

5. Hallmarking - your commission gets 'finished' before being sent to London to get officially hallmarked.
