If you find something you would like to buy, just select the 'buy now' button and you will be asked to create
an account. The item will be added to your shopping cart and you just need to select 'checkout' to send your new piece of jewellery on it's way!
PAYMENT
At the moment you can place an order with us online and send payment by cheque. Your order
and the payment details will be confirmed by email. The jewellery will not be sent until your cheque
has been cleared.
We are a small business and at the moment not VAT registered. Therefore no VAT is added to the price... BARGAIN!
Currently we are developing the site and very soon you will be able to pay online by credit/debit card as well.
HALLMARKING
Your jewellery will be sent to the London Assay Office to be tested and hallmarked. A Hallmark
is respected worldwide as a symbol of quality and includes our own 'Makers Mark', the date, material and Assay
Office stamps.
PACKAGING
Your jewellery should arrive in perfect condition. Your jewellery will be packaged in a high quality, attractive
jewellery box. This is then packed in a jiffy bag or other wrapping depending on size, to provide further protection.
So far our jewellery has never been damaged in transit, however if there is any problem then please see our
guarantee (below).
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver items in stock within 7 days. An item not in stock will be made specially
for you, and we will contact you immediately to agree a delivery date (typically 2 - 3 weeks).
If you are commissioning us to make a bespoke piece of jewellery, we will discuss the delivery date at the start.
This will depend on the complexity of the design, the stones or material we have to source and your deadline.
If you have an urgent requirement we are fexible, and will do our best to help you if we can. Our busiest time is the
lead up to Christmas, so try not to leave it till the week before if you can help it!
Delivery costs £5 within the UK. All items are sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery', insured
and guaranteed next day. Contact us for international delivery rates.
You are also welcome to collect items directly from our Salisbury Studio - please contact us to arrange a time
GUARANTEE
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied, goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us first to let us know,
and then if it is agreed that the goods are to be returned they must be unworn, complete with all accessories and
packaging, accompanied by a proof of purchase. They should be sent by registered mail and insured for the full
cost plus postage and packaging; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Commissions - Please note, our guarantee specifically covers the quality of workmanship & materials for a
bespoke item, not the design itself which is fully discussed and agreed with you before we start making.
If you do have a problem with the design then we of course happy to discuss possible solutions.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. Any personal and private information you give us will
only be used to help us serve you. We will do our utmost to keep your information safe
and will NOT pass your information on to anyone else.
